1. General Terms and Conditions
Salming Sport AB complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act as well as the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Act. To place an order, a customer must be of legal age (18 years or older), or have the consent of a legal guardian with a physical address in one of the countries that Salming provides deliveries to, excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion , New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and mail forwarding companies can place an order. Salming reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. This could be due to adverse weather conditions that exist in these areas which hinder delivery. A customer refers to a natural person.
2. Placing an Order
Placing an order for Salming Sport AB's products is performed via salming.com. Received orders are confirmed by means of a written order confirmation via e-mail.
Salming Sport AB shall consider an order binding only once an order confirmation has been received by the customer.
Salming Sport AB reserves the right to deny a purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order in error, you are required to contact us immediately.
If an ordered item is out of stock, the product will be removed from your order. We will reimburse the amount pertaining to the removed item or we will amend the invoice.
All prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive of the destination countries VAT. All prices are subject to VAT increases and other price adjustments beyond the control of Salming Sport AB, who reserves the right to apply these. A shipping fee (EUR 7,5) will be applied to purchases under EUR 120.
We will take payment from your credit debit card via your Paypal account or you can pay directly with your bankcard. For further information about PayPal or to create a PayPal account please visit PayPal.com. (Not available in (Austria, Finland, Netherlands)

PAY NOW – You can pay using a VISA or Mastercard card in the Klarna Checkout. Payment will be taken from your bank account as soon as your order is confirmed.
PAY LATER – Customers in Austria, Finland or Netherlands can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.
SLICE IT – Customers in Austria, Finland or Netherlands can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now option. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Times
The full list of delivery times can be viewed here. Subject to delays. Salming Sports AB cannot be held liable for the delivery of items that are out of stock or which have been discontinued. Shipping fees are always shown at checkout.
Error on delivery based on wrong address information
Shipped orders that has to be returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information given by the customer, will be charged a fee, currently EUR 25. The fee is charged in arrears.
6. Delivery Delays
Should any delivery delays arise, we will contact you to inform you of this. We will, of course, do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a considerable delay.
Situations may arise which make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their obligations to us. Salming Sports AB reserves the right to disclaim liability for restitution to customers in the event of such a situation or owing to delivery delays.

8. Cooling-off Period/Right to Cancel
It is our hope that all of our customers will be 100 % satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any problems with your product or are not completely satisfied, we urge you to contact us at email@example.com
Salming Sport AB complies with the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Act. We invite you to refer to this 60-day cooling-off period.
In the event of a return, as a customer you are required to send back the product within 60 calendar days from the date that you received the product. If the product is not returned within the prescribed time, the Right to Cancel is forfeited.
Intimate products are not covered by the Right To Cancel. Male and female underwear are included in this category.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes must be placed in a plastic bag or packed into an additional box. Do not write directly on the shoe box or packaging. In cases where the shoe box is damaged we will deduct 5 EUR from the refund.
If the quality of the product is affected due to you, as a customer, having handled the product more than is deemed necessary to inspect if it fits, we shall appraise the value of the product as having depreciated by 100 %. Salming Sport AB reserves the right to charge the customer for anything missing or omitted. The customer is required to pay for return shipping costs. Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We will reimburse you as soon as we have received the returned product. Pursuant to Swedish law, we are afforded 14 days to perform the reimbursement, but our goal is to do this as swiftly as possible.
9. Consumer Complaints/Claims
Salming Sport AB complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act with respect to claims. Therefore, we undertake to exchange incorrect or defective products at no extra charge. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture attached and explain the reason for the claim. This will facilitate the claims process.
Remember to never accept a package with visible damage or defects which may affect the condition of the item ordered. In such a case, register a claim directly with the UPS Access Point at the access point and request that they return the package to Salming Webstore along with a written reason for the return. Then send an e-mail to email@example.com to inform us of the return.

11. Unclaimed Packages
If for some reason you don’t pick up your package, you must pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee, currently EUR 25. The fee is charged in arrears. If payment is not received claims will be forwarded to a debt collection service. No exceptions are made.
We shall under no circumstances disclose personal data or information without the explicit consent of the person concerned. This also applies to e-mail addresses.
Salming Sport AB reserves the right not to be bound by errors or inaccuracies with regard to website content or price lists.
14. Personal Data
Salming Sports AB serves as the data controller for the information you submit to Salming Sports AB. Data and information is stored securely and is protected in order for us to fulfill our obligations to customers and for marketing purposes.
An address and telephone number must be provided when placing an order. When opting to pay via invoice or installments through Klarna, your Swedish personal identity number must also be provided.
By placing an order with us, you consent to your personal information being stored and utilized for the purposes of transport, payment and invoicing. Your personal information can be transferred to our payment partners Klarna and PayPal, as well as our logistics partners so that these may fulfill their obligations.
You always have the right to ascertain which information has been registered. If this information is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected. You always have the right to unconditionally request that the information be deleted.
We comply with the Swedish Personal Data Act and your personal information is never transferred to any third party.
Pursuant to the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on Friday, July 25, 2003, all visitors to websites must be informed if cookies are used. When you visit a website, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are referred to as Session Cookies and are used to track your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart when shopping on the website.
