How do you ship my order?
Your order will be sent with DPD to a pick-up Point in your location. You can search for a pick-up location by entering your zip code on DPD Pickup Shop Finder
When your parcel arrives at the Pickup parcelshop or locker, you will receive a SMS that contains the following information:
- Number of the parcel
- Name of Pickup parcelshop/locker
- Address of Pickup parcelshop/locker
- Opening hours of Pickup parcelshop/locker
- PIN codes
When going to pick-up your parcel you just need to enter the PIN codes.
In Pickup parcelshops there is also a possibility to pick-up parcel by showing your ID (ID card, passport or driver’s license).
Your parcel will be held at the Pickup Location for a max of 7 calendar days before its returned back to us.

You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the e-mail we send to you when your package leaves our warehouse.
If you did not receive the tracking number please contact us and we will help you out.
If you place your order before 11:00 am CET on a regular business day, your package will be shipped the same day.
