How do I know that you have received my order? 

Once you have completed your purchase, we will send an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

Can I track my package?

Once your products are packaged, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipping details and a tracking number so that you can track your package with DPD.
Please contact webstore@salming.com  if you haven't received your tracking link.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Once you have placed an order and have received an order confirmation, you will not be able to make any changes. If you would like to add or swap a product, you will need to place a new order to quickly receive the product you want. If you change your mind about your purchase, you will need to collect your package and return it to us.

I have received the wrong product(s). What should I do?
