How do you ship my order?

We use UPS or Postnord/DPD Home Delivery to deliver your order to you.

Forwarder will deliver to your home address from Monday to Friday, apart from bank holidays. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

Error on delivery based on wrong address information
Shipped orders that has to be returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information given by the customer, will be charged a fee, currently EUR 25. The fee is charged in arrears.

Shipping and deliveries to all listed countries excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion , New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Greenland.

We’ll send you an email with a link to track the delivery. You’ll need to sign for your delivery.

You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the e-mail we send to you when your package leaves our warehouse.
If you did not receive the tracking number please contact us and we will help you out. 

If you place your order before 11:00 am CET on a regular business day, your package will be shipped the same day.
