The most curved blade from the entire Salming blade portfolio. It takes over the basic characteristics from the Quest 2 blade, which we can call its predecessor. The shape of the frame is almost identical, it differs only in the width of the frame (it is thinner). The main change is the central rib, which prevents the blade from twisting unintentionally under load. Another innovation is the structure of the forehand side, which is serrated, which improves ball control on the blade and prevents unwanted ball spin when shooting or passing from behind the body. At the tip of the blade is a so-called claw, a small bend in the blade that helps you with loops and pull-ups.
Key properties
- based on Quest 2 blades
- very curved blade - the curve extends from the base to the tip (the most curved blade from the Salming brand)
- very good pull shots
more difficult passes and backhand shots (due to large forehand avoidance)
- structured forehand part (knurling that prevents the ball from spinning on the blade)
- reinforced middle rib
there is a claw on the tip of the blades, which enables easier pull-ups and loops
- forehand side surface: 183 cm2
- weight in Touch Plus material: 74 g
Touch Plus™
The Touch Plus material is described as soft. This is the softest blade material we make. It is a mixture developed for even more sensitive processing and fine technique. The ball does not bounce off the blade as much as it does with hard blades. We recommend this material for rubber surfaces.
