Shipping policy
How do you ship my order?
We use either Postnord, DHL, DPD or UPS to deliver your order to you. Which forwarder depends on your location and will be shown in the checkout after you enter your address information.
Error on delivery based on wrong address information
Shipped orders that has to be returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information given by the customer, will be charged a fee, currently EUR 25. The fee is charged in arrears.
Shipping and deliveries to all listed countries excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion , New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Greenland.
When will my order arrive?
When your parcel is ready to be shipped you will receive an email from us with tracking id/link to follow your packages journey.
What are the shipping costs?
Free delivery for purchases over EUR 120 otherwise EUR 7,5 shipping fee.

- Luxembourg: 4-6* working days

You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the e-mail we send to you when your package leaves our warehouse.
If you did not receive the tracking number please contact us and we will help you out.
If you place your order before 11:00 am CET on a regular business day, your package will be shipped the same day.
*During large campaigns and holidays, we thank you for your patience and for your understanding that the handling time can in some cases be a bit longer, but of course we always make sure to do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
